Chimney Sweeps & Inspections
A thorough, top-to-bottom service that ends with a full Chimney Health Report — so you know exactly where your chimney stands.
What's Included
A Real Inspection, Not a Quick Brush
A real sweep and inspection isn't someone dancing around on the roof in a top hat — it's a careful, top-to-bottom process, usually an hour and a half to two hours, that examines your whole system inside and out. We service every brand and every fuel, and we've kept Southern Maryland's chimneys running since 1996.
- A full inspection of your fireplace and appliance, inside and out
- A check of your clearances to combustibles
- A camera scan up the flue
- A check of your appliance's operation, when it applies
- A rooftop inspection of the exterior of the chimney
- A sweep of the chimney
- A 20-plus-page Chimney Health Report with the photos we took
- A walk-through of everything we found, with your technician
