My pellet stove won't turn on — can you help?

Yes. Igniters, augers, control boards, and fans are common culprits, and a deep cleaning fixes a surprising number of shutdown problems. We work on every brand.

Can you get parts for an older pellet stove?

Usually. We hold parts agreements with most manufacturers and can track down parts for nearly any make and model — see our Parts page.

How often does a pellet stove need cleaning?

More often than most fireplaces. Pellet stoves have fans, augers, and sensors that only work when they're clean, so a thorough cleaning at least once a season keeps yours starting and running through the cold.

Why does my pellet stove keep shutting off?

It's usually a clogged path, a dirty sensor, or a worn igniter or auger. A deep cleaning fixes a surprising number of shutdown problems, and if a part is worn, we'll tell you what it takes to set it right.
