No problem. Send the brand, model, and serial number — or a photo of the data plate — and we can usually narrow it down for you.
Can I pick up at your office?
Yes. Let us know on the form and we'll have it waiting, or we can deliver it to your address.
Can you get parts for an appliance that's no longer made?
Often, yes. We hold parts agreements with most manufacturers and can track down components for older and discontinued fireplaces, stoves, and inserts. Send us the brand, model, and serial number and we'll see what's available.
Do you ship parts, or is it pickup only?
Either way. Pick it up at our Prince Frederick office, or we'll ship it to your door — whatever's easier for you.
